Having recently had his first release make Marcell Dettmans top ten on Resident Advisor alongside being in Ben Klock's ten on Beatport.

Making his debut at SUM in December he has played out to many a Bristol audience and adding London to the list too earlier on this year.

John Whitney is a pioneer of audio visual art in the late 1970's.Emerging at the same time as Jordan and James Belson, the two brothers who were made famous by creating the Cosmic Cinema. This short film encapulates the early forms of audio visuals and still influences many producers of the animation today. With a simplistic aesthetic quality he finds inspiration from the emerging digital processes he leaves his analogue computer behind in favour of faster programs. His worked characterised by pcharacterized by psychedelic, blooming colour-forms.

Here we see the HI (Heliospheric Imager) visual data as it tracks interplanetary space for solar wind and CME's (coronal mass ejections) heading towards Earth. Changing our perspections of space thrpough technological innovations. Fastinating watching.
